Heritage Open Day: Discover Chesterton Windmill is taking place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th September.

A local landmark built in 1632, Chesterton Windmill sits on Windmill Hill near Harbury and is still in operation today. As you’re probably aware our roots are in farming and the Evans family own the land around the windmill so we’re very lucky to have it as part of our landscape!

Every year, the public have the opportunity to see the workings of the windmill and will do so once again – weather permitting, of course.

The event runs from 10:30 – 16:00, with last entry at 15:30.

If this is of interest, please look at the Warwickshire County Council website, or their Facebook page for all the details.

Fingers crossed for good weather!
