If you are considering document scanning it is likely that you are looking to complement or enhance your current document storage practices. Squab Group’s association with Box-It Central enables us to offer electronic solutions or a combination of electronic and physical document storage solutions to best meet your specific organisational, departmental or individual project needs.
We will carry out any required preparation such as staple removal, pasting, cutting, copying, batching and re-compilation of files. We offer a choice of image formats including popular TIF and PDF file formats. For one-off projects you may prefer to work from CD or download images from CD to your own server.
Growing image databases require more sophisticated indexing to retrieve the electronic documents easily. Additionally, you may require several people to have access to the electronic documents.
To meet these needs, SQUAB Group offer the functionality of your very own image management system at a fraction of the price. We scan and index your files to our firewall protected web server and provide you with convenient password-protected access to your new electronic documents, whenever you need them, via the internet.
Legal Admissibility
SQUAB Group take measures to best preserve the integrity and authenticity of your electronic documents. A master copy of your electronic files is retained on CD-R (write once read many) disk in a fire resistant store.
