SQUAB Group recognise that responsible companies need to have absolute confidence that their confidential and sensitive information is completely and securely destroyed. We work hard to provide solutions that greatly reduce the risk of identify fraud, industrial espionage and employee breaches in confidentiality through access to confidential documents. Our processes and procedures assist clients in meeting the data control and processing requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the duty of care required by the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
Lockable Confidential Paper Bins
Renting our lockable office bins gives you total confidence that your sensitive data, awaiting collection, is stored conveniently and securely in your office. Alternatively, if you have a lockable storage space we can provide barcode traceable sacks and ties for you to fill and store ready for secure collection. With scheduled destruction services we also offer a free office paper recycling service.
Secure, Scheduled Confidential Collections
With our confidential document collection service you know your documents are in safe hands. Our trained unformed staff collect on a scheduled or ‘as required’ basis. We will work with you to determine a collection method and frequency that best suits your needs.
Destruction and Recycling
At our processing plant, we carry out destruction to DIN 32757-1 cross cut level 2 - recommended for confidential internal documents. Shredding takes place our at our CCTV protected depot in a dedicated destruction warehouse. The shredded paper is professionally baled and transported for recycling.
Evidential Records
As a registered waste carrier we provide a Waste Transfer Note itemising each collection. And to complete your data control records, a Certificate of Destruction is provided following confidential document destruction.
