Set on the family farm, surrounded by views of the stunning Warwickshire countryside, it’s fair to say our business centre and conference facilities are far from average. We’re located a short distance from Leamington Spa, Warwick and the M40 making it an easily accessible location.

Our state-of-the-art business centre can be found within one of our self stores. It gives you all the perks of an office, with added flexibility. Users benefit from free parking, with dedicated spaces directly outside – no hunting for spaces or long walks!
What’s in the business centre?
- Hot desking. A bright, vibrant and flexible workspace that you can use as you please – whether that be checking your emails, making calls, or having a well-needed cup of tea/coffee
- Breakout area. Need to step away from your screen? Step into our garden-inspired indoor breakout area. The perfect place to have a seat, take 5 minutes and gather your thoughts
- Meeting rooms. Welcome to the Cowshed, the Grain Store and the Field – three uniquely designed spaces to host your event and get those creative juices flowing (no farm smells!)
- Free Wi-Fi. High-speed internet to enable you to do what you need to efficiently and securely
- Refreshments. ‘Proper’ coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water
- Scanning and printing services. Top-of-the-range printer and scanner. Easy, wireless and accessible
- Your own personal mailbox. We can accept post for you (by arrangement)
- Part of Neardesk. Become a member and you can hot desk at any of their 250+ locations

If you require a room for a larger group, look no further than our bright, spacious and airy conference facilities (catering for up to fifty delegates). Whether you’re having an away day, meeting, training or workshop, we’ll do all the preparation for you – from setting up the room to your chosen style, to clearing up afterwards.
