Corona virus update

Similar to many organisations we at Squab Storage are currently putting in place business continuity plans in the light of the developments of the Covid-19 virus.

In this very fast moving situation we are closely monitoring the daily changing Government guidelines and following their instructions accordingly, and whilst this has not resulted in any impact on our operations thus far, we are putting in place contingency plans to ensure that we protect you our customers, and our members of staff as much as possible, as well as continuing to provide our regular storage services.

Due to the investment we have made in technology in all of storage operations we have the full capability to operate our sites remotely if required. The access control and security systems that we have in place mean that you as customers may continue to access your storage unit if our reception is not open. Until Government guidelines dictate we will continue to provide our regular 7-day access. We are cleaning and sanitising all touch surfaces, and we also ask for your help in washing your hands thoroughly as often as possible. Our team have committed to washing their hands thoroughly at regular intervals.

If we are unable to open our office this will impact our ability to provide our van rental, shredding and accessories service. It will also undoubtedly disrupt our regular goods in / out service that we provide.

If our reception is unable to open, and you require assistance please contact us directly either by phone or email. Please understand that we may not be able to reply to your enquiry as quickly as we would in normal operating circumstances.

We understand that this is not an easy time for anyone at the moment, and it is a dynamic situation which is continuing to evolve. For now it is business as usual, and we aim to provide continuity of service as we move forward.
